After filling the form below, we will let you know your reservation number by e-mail.

The payment has to be made within 7 days after the reservation is confirmed.
Once purchased, tickets are not refundable.

There are three ways to pay for and collect your tickets:

 

1)  Go to the ticket office directly 

The ticket office is located in downtown Hiroshima:
Iwata building 2F 2-1-9, Sakaimachi, Naka-ku, Hiroshima   >> See Google Map
Near Dobashi tram station   >> brief map
The ticket office is open from 10:00 to 18:00 on Mon - Fri. (Until Oct 23rd Thursday)
Give them your reservation number to get your tickets.

2)  Pay into a bank/post office account and receive the tickets by mail

Hiroshima Shinyo Kinko, Honten
Yucho Bank (Post Office)
Note: bank/post office transfer fee will be charged separately.

3) Pay into our Paypal account and receive the tickets by mail

Note: the transfer fee - 5 % of the ticket price will be added in the invoice.

 

Details will be sent by e-mail along with your reservation number.

Note: tickets are sent to domestic addresses at no charge.
Alternatively, you can collect your tickets when you arrive at the venue on the day, by showing a print-out of the booking confirmation sheet to staff at the entrance.
